Find DOC psychedelic info from ChemistryOrg:

DOC was one of the TOP  legal psychedelic drugs for research purpose in laboratories with CasNo.  C11H16ClNO2,   and synonims such as 4-chloro-2,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)propan-2-amine 2 and 5-Dimethoxy-4-chloroamphetamine, is a substituted alpha-methylated phenethylamine, compound in the amphetamine class.

In vivo, DOC works as a highly selective partial agonist to the 5-HT2A, 5-HT2B, and 5-HT2C receptors. It is reported to have psychedelics property related to its activity with the 5-HT2A receptor in particular.

Hypothetical dosage

A typical dose of DOC might range from one half mg to 7 mg, this specific quantity is just pertaining to quite high potency research chemical compounds. Threshold effects can be expected at the lower end, but with very strong effects at the 7mg level. Onset typically occurs over one to three hours. Peak and plateau can be expected between hours four to eight, and a return to normal perception after between nine and twenty hours, depending on tolerance and dose. 9-20h. Subtle after effects may be present well into day 2.

DOC is thought to influence the cognitive and perceptual processes of the brain. Anecdotal reports cite visual hallucination (both open- and closed-eye), altered perception of movement and sound, and a feeling of euphoria.

Alexander Shulgin once referred to DOC as  "archetypal psychedelic", siting full-range aural, visual, tactile and mental effects. It was said to allow ‘exhilarating clarity’, and other dramatic effects.

DOC is closely related to another phenethylamine, 2C-C. However, DOC is a stereoisomer, and is more active than 2C-C due to its stereocenter.

DOC is neither suitable nor intended for human consumption, and is sold only for research and forensic use in a laboratory environment.

Notice: This great and powerful psychedelic chemical is not anymore available for sale  from Chinese laboratories, because of new law after October 1th.
